Minister of Internal Affairs Giorgi Mghebrishvili appointed new director of the patrol Police- Goga Razmadze. Today minister held meeting with Goga Razmadze and congratulated with the appointment, discussed priority directions of the Patrol Police and gave new instructions.
During the meeting with the new director of the Patrol Police, Minister made emphasis on several important issues: traffic safety, crime prevention, fight against the domestic violence, professional training for the officers, and ensuring safety for the patrol police officers while fulfilling their official duties and etc.
New director of the Patrol Police is a jurist, was engaged in a law office, has an experience of working at the Interior Ministry, General Prosecutor’s office as well as in penitentiary system and 18 years of experience of working at the Ministry of Corrections. Until the recent period he worked on the position of the deputy head of the General Inspection of the Ministry of Corrections and Legal Assistance. He is married and has a child.
