On June 26, 2016, at about 5:00 am, in Jordania Street, Lanchkhuti, the officers of the Patrol Police of the MIA for violation of traffic rules stopped the vehicle moving with high speed. The vehicle was driven by a clergyman under alcohol influence Roman K. The Patrol crew explained the clergyman that excessive speed and drunk driving is not only violation of the law but also poses threat to a driver, its passengers and lives of other people. The law enforcers repeatedly offered Roman K. to bring him home that was followed by his aggression. Roman K. verbally insulted the officers of the Patrol Police and disobeyed their legal requests.
