According to the decision of the Inter-Agency Coordination Council of the Georgian government, disinfection works have been carried out at The Central Criminal Police and Special Tasks Departments, Public Safety Management Center 112 of the Ministry of Internal Affairs as well as administrative building of the agency in order to prevent the spreading of the new coronavirus disease and to offer effective risk management. Within the context of preventive measures, the complete internal and external perimeter of the 112 center has been cleaned, including special solutions treatment for the main hall, meeting rooms and other work spaces. Disinfection has also been carried out at the work spaces of the Special Tasks Department, the internal and external perimeters of the facility. In order to prevent the spreading of the new coronavirus disease and to offer effective risk management, disinfection activities have already been held at all branches of the Service Agency of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and Unified Service Center of the Patrol Police. Temporary Detention Isolators have also been treated with special disinfection solutions as well as drug testing cabinets of Forensic-Criminalistics Department. In order to prevent the spreading of the new coronavirus disease and to offer effective risk management, disinfection will be carried out on the regular basis in all structural units of the Ministry of Internal affairs
