In order to prevent the possible spread of the new coronavirus and following the recommendation of the World Health Organization, (WHO) branches of the Unified Service Center have been temporarily switched to the distance work schedule.
From March 16, citizens will be able to use up to 50 services of the Unified Service Centers (Tbilisi, Rustavi) by reaching them on the following number: 241 42 42 and through the police.ge website.

• Verification and receiving any information related to Patrol fines;
• Appeal of administrative fines;
• Replacing the decision on suspension of the driving license (for non-payment) with fine;
• Substitution of the decision on suspension of the driving license (for driving under the alcohol influence) with fine;
• Refund of overpaid fines;
• Changing the status of the paid fine;
• Making adjustments to the database (stopping the check flow and suspension of the legal proceedings due to expiration)
• Receiving references
•Cancelation of the decree on suspension of driving license
•Remote Services provided by Patrol Police:
• Permission to operate a non-standard means of transportation;
• Obtain work permit on roads
• Permission to placement of special equipment
• Permission for excavation work
• Permission for installing protective fence
• Permission to installing/ use of special signals
• permission on receiving materials for insurance companies
• Receiving of response protocol
• permission to obtain materials on the car accident
• permission to receive video materials
• Receiving the decision on refusal to enter Georgia
