The officers of Kakheti Police Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs detained K.N. (DoB 1981) as a result of operative and investigative activities. He was arrested in Lagodekhi municipality on charges of assaulting a police officer.
The committed crime envisages from 4 to 7 years of imprisonment.
The investigation established that K.N. injured a police officer on duty in the arm area with a cold steel.
The investigation is in progress on the fact of assaulting a police officer, Article 353-1, part I of the Criminal Code of Georgia.
