The officers of the Detectives Division of Tbilisi Police Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs as a result of operative-searching and investigative activities detained Kh. K. (DoB: 1975) in Ponichala settlement for illegal purchase, keeping and realization of drugs.
The investigation established that the offender used to sell drugs systematically. During the search of the house of a detainee the law enforcers seized 1 package of drug which will undergo expertise. Police seized 2 packages of heroin sold by Kk.K as material evidence.
The investigation is in progress on the fact of illegal purchase, keeping and realization of drugs (parts 4 and 6 of the article 260 of the Criminal Code of Georgia).
