Mr. Aleksandre Chikaidze, the Minister of Internal Affairs of Georgia opened a new building of Guria Patrol Police Main Division of Ozurgeti Patrol Police Department.
From today Guria region, namely the city of Ozrugeti will be served by 11 patrol crews and its suburbs by 6 patrol crews. Samtredia – Lanchkhuti-Grigoleti highway, namely, Samtredia-Ozurgeti and Samtredia-Chakvi territory will be patrolled by 5 crews. It should be mentioned that up nowadays Guria region was served by 4 crews of Adjara Patrol Police Main Division. The opening of the new building in Ozurgeti shall ensure the availability of the Patrol Police services throughout the whole region.
The two-storey Patrol Police new building is equipped with modern furniture and technique. The Patrol Police Investigation Service, Administrative Office Work Unit, Violations and Analysis Group and other services are accommodated in the new building.
