The employees of Gori District Division of Shida Kartli Police Department under the Ministry of Internal Affairs, as a result of operative search measures and investigative activities, detained N.B. (DoB 1959 for a sexual crime committed against a minor.
The committed crime envisions from 15 to 20 years or life imprisonment.
The investigation established that the accused person sexually assaulted a female minor living in the neighborhood.
As a result of operative-search measures and investigative activities, the police arrested N.B. as a suspect.
The investigation is being conducted in accordance with Article 19-137, part IV of the Criminal Code of Georgia.
