The officers of Gldani-Nadzaladevi police division under the Ministry of Internal Affairs, as a result of operative-search activities, detained R.S. (DoB 1985) for violating terms of restraining order.
Investigation established that detainee failed to comply with terms stipulated in the restraining order, issued by police to R.S. for psychological pressure against his spouse- N.S. (DoB 1987).
Investigation is in progress on the fact of violating terms of restraining order, article 111, 3811, I part envisaged by the criminal Code.
