The officers of Ninotsminda police division under Samtskhe-Javakheti Police Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, as a result of operative-search and investigative activities detained three persons: A.A. (DoB 1991) P.A. (DoB 1995) and G.I. (DoB 1995) for illegal restriction of freedom perpetrated in group.
Committed crime envisages from 7 to 10 years of imprisonment.
Investigation established that in Ninotsminda, A.A. along with two accomplices, illegally restricted freedom to S.B. (DoB 2001) for the obligatory marriage ad took her to Tsalka municipality direction.
Investigation is in progress on the fat of illegal restriction of freedom perpetrated in group, article 143, III part, sub-paragraph “A” envisaged by the Criminal Code.
