Seven citizens voluntarily handed over various types of arms and ammunition at Samtskhe-Javakheti police department.
The following arms and ammunition have been handed over to police: 9 cut gun- the so called “Abrezi” 4521 bullets, 93 hand grenades, 33 anti-tank missile, 22 packages of TNT, 4 mines, 2 anti-tank hand grenade, 13 detonators, 6 cartridges for the automatic weapon and etc.
According to the results of expertise the mentioned arms and ammunition is suitable for shooting.
The mentioned persons will not bear any criminal responsibility in accordance with article 105, I part, sub-paragraph “K” of the Criminal Code.
