The officers of the Central Criminal Police Department as a result of operative-searching activities detained previously convicted I.M. (DoB 1972) in Rustavi for illegal purchase, keeping and selling of drugs.
Investigation established that I.M. sold drugs on the regular basis. Drug test revealed that detainee had used opium.
Investigation is in progress on the fact of illegal purchase, keeping and selling of drugs, article 260 envisaged by the Criminal Code.
