The officers of Didube-Chugureti Division of Tbilisi Police Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs as a result operative-searching and investigative activities on the fact of violence detained in Tbilisi 2 individuals, namely, previously convicted for robbery V.Kh. (DoB: 1994) and V.B. (DoB: 1992). The crime committed envisages imprisonment up to 2 years in length.
The investigation established that in Tsinamdzgvrishvili street, Tbilisi, the offenders verbally and physically assaulted G.F. (DoB: 2001) for his attire and appearance. The juvenile informed the law enforcers about the violence which took place against him.
Based on indication of G.F., the police detained the individuals participating in the incident in the same street in several minutes after the incident.
The investigation is in progress on the fact of violence committed by a group of persons (sub-clause “b” of the part I1 of the Article 126 of the Criminal Code of Georgia).
