The investigation established that the accused person, in the village of Akhalkalaki, Kaspi Municipality, had caused fatal injuries to a fellow villager - A.S. (DoB 1976) on the basis of argument.
Police arrested the accused person as a result of immediate police activities.
Law enforcement officers seized the weapon of the crime as evidence.
The fact of premeditated murder is being investigated under Article 108 of the Criminal Code of Georgia.
