Overall objective: effective cooperation and coordination in children’s welfare

The main objectives:

• Create the specific multidisciplinar groups as in the regions (Kakheti, Samtskhe-Javakheti and Imereti) also in Tbilisi (area of Gldani-nadzaladevi) to protect rights and best interests of children

• Support and promotion of created child protection groups Support an effective execution of referral system

The main activities:

• Cooperate with representatives of the state authorities, non-governmental organizations, public and private legal entities that aims to arrange groups to protect children's rights.
• Determine needs assessment of groups as well as improve their working skills and abilities by trainings.

• Coordinated management of a case In the frame of mandate, based on a referring procedures
• Permanent meetings and visits to identify flaws and elaborate recommendations
