Project aim: Contribute to the efficiency, effectiveness and accountability of institutions in the security sector through provision of various safety equipment, high technological software and hardware solutions (in the following areas: crime prevention, domestic violence, intelligence-led policing, cybercrime, civil protection and other). The project also provides technical assistance to Emergency Management Service (EMS) to strengthen its institutional and operational capacities by improving its regulatory framework, developing and providing training and vocational education programs, enhancing fire safety standards and oversight mechanisms, fostering an effective system of volunteers, strengthening cooperation with EU Civil Protection Mechanism and increasing public awareness on disaster prevention and preparedness.
