Beneficiaries: Government Administration of Georgia; Public Defender’s Office; Ministry of Internal Affairs of Georgia; Ministry of Justice of Georgia; General Prosecutor’s Office; Ministry of Education and Science of Georgia; Ministry of Internally Displaced Persons from Occupied Territories, Labor, Health and Social Affairs; LEPL Agency for State Care and Assistance for the (Statutory) Victims of Human Trafficking; High School of Justice; Supreme Court. The project additionally co-operates with different state institutions and non-governmental organizations international and donor organizations working in the field of preventing and combating violence against women and domestic violence.

Project aim: Enhancing the abilities of key stakeholders involved in preventing and combating violence against women and domestic violence, protecting the victims and prosecuting the perpetrators of violence as well as advancing gender equality overall in Georgia and support Georgian authorities implement GREVIO baseline review for Georgia, published in 2022.
