The representatives of the Ministry of Internal Affairs took part in the working meeting on the issues of ensuring the election security in the Central Election Commission. The meeting was attended by the representatives and the experts of the CEC, Election Administration Training Center and International Foundation for Electoral Systems (IFES).
The working meeting was conducted by Vasu Mohan, Asia-Pacific Regional Director and the expert in election security. The participants discussed the concept of the guidelines for the security issues, developed by the representatives of the Election Administration and the Ministry of Internal Affairs.
The meeting was organized with the initiative of the CEC, in cooperation with the Ministry of Internal Affairs and support of the International Foundation for Electoral Systems (IFES).
