The Ministry of Internal Affairs in collaboration with the Ministry of Education and Science initiated and organized visit of the pupils of Lanchkhuti Public School N1 to the base of Adjara Special Tasks Division of the Special Tasks Department of the MIA Special and Emergency Measures Center within the framework of the informative-educational project “Maintenance of law and crime prevention program for public schools".
The representatives of Adjara Special Tasks Division introduced to the pupils daily routine of the conscripts and showed them around their accommodation, classrooms, gymnasium, library and training area. The pupils were informed about the theoretical and practical aspects of trainings. The armored vehicles, various kinds of weapons and equipment located at the bases of the Special Tasks Divisions were especially exhibited for the pupils. The informative-educational campaign is aimed at enhancing public awareness of the youth.
