The officers of N1 Border Sector (Sarpi) of the MIA Border Police N1 Office (Batumi) as a result of investigative activities detained two citizens of Bangladesh for the attempt to cross the state border illegally in group.
Investigation established that the suspects had crossed the State Border of Georgia illegally in groups without official border control to the direction of the Republic of Turkey.
Investigation is ongoing on the above-mentioned fact according to the Criminal Code of Georgia, Article 344, Part II, Subparagraph A.
