Didube Municipal Government (Gamgeoba) and students of Ilia State University and Academy of Arts joined the Road Safety program of the MIA. The students painted one of the zebra-crossings in Beliashvili Street, Dighomi, Tbilisi.
The students of the Academy of Arts and Ilia State University began painting of the pedestrians crossing late at night and finished early in the morning. Zebra-crossing features the logo of the Traffic Safety Campaign.
Within the frames of the campaign the representatives of the MIA and Didube Municipal Government (Gamgeoba) handed out to the drivers and pedestrians stickers and information leaflets manufactured within the frames of the campaign.
The campaign aims to prevent traffic accidents and raise public awareness of the society on road safety.
