The Emergency Situations Management Agency of the MIA joined the event of Autism World Awareness Day. Firefighter-rescuers and Mr. Zviad Katsashvili, the Director of the Agency hosted the children with autism spectrum disorder and their parents in the Special Emergency Situations Response Division.
Visitors attended the simulation training and demonstrative show of soap bubbles. Children painted their desirable paintings with the hand prints.
The exhibition arranged on the drill ground displayed the photos of the last year Autism Day and the fire-rescue technique of the Agency.
Firefighters and rescuers gave the presents to the children, in particular the cartoon video materials with the detailed description of the rules of behavior at different types of disaster.
In the end of the event the guests and the hosts released the message with the helium balloons in the sky: “Firefighters and Rescuers for Autism”.
