Emergency Management Department in co-operation with International Organization for Migration (IOM) is hosting the training- “Crisis management of migration caused by catastrophes” at MIA Police Academy.
Aim of the straining is to improve coordination between state agencies, non-governmental and international organizations during migration crises, caused by large-scale catastrophes as well as during emergency situations in general.
Within the frames of the training simulated emergency situations will be staged on emergency situation.
The training is attended by representatives of all Georgian Ministries, MIA Emergency Management Department, non-governmental and international organizations operating in the field of emergencies.
Training will lasts for three days and end on February 21.
