Rector of MIA Academy Nukri Gelashvili and chairman of the State Agency for Religious Issues Zaza Vashakmadze have signed memorandum of understanding. The signing ceremony was attended by MIA Academy and State Agency for Religious Issues representatives and officials.
Signing memorandum of understanding between MIA Academy and the State Agency for Religious Issues envisages joint planning of training projects and its implementation as well as mutual assistance within the frames of the training programs. MIA Academy, within the frames of the mentioned memorandum and in accordance with legislation, will take into account interests and initiatives of the agency during academic program development and implementation process.
Memorandum is aimed at: professional development of students and providing high academic standards for the Agency activities; joint scientific and research projects and programs, including international and local conferences for studying religion attitudes among society ad challenges faced in religion sphere.
