The officers of the detectives division of Tbilisi Police Department along with Isani-Samgori police division, as a result of operative-searching and investigative activities detained I.A. (DoB 1994) for premeditated murder while G.Ch. (DoB 1981) and L.T. (DoB 1985) were detained for non-reporting the crime.
Investigation established that on September15, 2017 I.A. on the basis of conflict, inflicted injuries to A.S. (DoB 1969) with a cold steel. Due to the received injuries the victim died before he was transferred to the hospital.
I.A and G.Ch. were detained in Rustavi, while L.T. was taken under arrest in Tbilisi, as a result of immediate police activities.
The weapon of crime has been seized by the law enforcers. Investigation is in progress on the fact of premeditated murder and non-reporting the crime, article 108 and 376 of the Criminal Code.
