The officers of Samtskhe-Javakheti police department along with Patrol Police Department, as a result of jointly held operative-investigative activities, exposed 13 individuals for illegal cutting of bushes and plants. Law enforcers also exposed 4 persons for violating regulations of the wood processing mill.
As a result of the search activities held in detainees’ vehicles, law enforcers seized wood planks and tree logs and locked down the illegal wood processing mills.
Investigation is in progress on the fact of illegal cutting of bushes and plants, article 303, I part of the Criminal Code of Georgia.
