The officers of Marneuli police division of Kvemo Kartli Police Department, as a result of investigative activities, held on the basis of the operative information, detained A.M. (DoB 1980) in Kirachmughanlo village, for illegal purchase and keeping of drugs in especially large quantities.
During the personal search of the detainee law enforcers seized 7,13 gr. of heroin and 52,82 gr. of drug substance.
Drug test revealed that A.N. was under the influence of opium. Detainee has also pleaded guilty.
Investigation is in progress on the fact of illegal purchase and keeping of drugs in especially large quantities, article 260, VI part, sub-paragraph A of the Criminal Code.
