Employees of the General Inspection of the Ministry of Internal Affairs along with Patrol Police officers, as a result of jointly held operative-searching and investigative activities detained citizen of Islamic Republic of Iran T.H. (DoB 1979) and G.M. (DoB 1985) at Tbilisi International Airport.
Investigation established that T.H. along with her under aged son illegally penetrated the airplane with thee fake Slovenian passport and forged stamp on the boarding pass. It was also established that T.H. was assisted by the Georgian citizen G.M. who places forged stanp on the boarding pass.
Based on the court decision, officers of the Patrol Police have held search activities in G.M-s house and seized: presumably fake Turkish travel passport and Turkish ID document, 7 Georgian passports and presumably fake stamp of Tbilisi International Airport. The seized documents were submitted for the expertise.
Investigation against T.H. is in progress under the article 19-344, II part, sub-paragraph E, 19-344, I part and article 362, I part of the Criminal Code, while investigation against G.N. is in progress under the article 19-25-344 (1) II part, sub-paragraph E, article 19-25-344, I part and article 362, I part of the Criminal Code.
