The officers of the Central Criminal Police Department as a result of the operative-searching and investigative activities detained previously convicted Aleksandre Ts. (DoB 1974) for illegal purchase and keeping of firearms and ammunition.
During the searching activities held in detainee’s apartment law enforcers seized unregistered “browning” pistol, “CZ” and “Valter” pistols, three cartridges and 22 bullets.
Investigation is in progress on the fact of illegal purchase and keeping of firearms and ammunition, article 236, II part envisaged by the Criminal Code of Georgia.
