Vake-Saburtalo police division as a result of investigative activities held on the basis of operative information, detained 3 persons: Z.O. (DoB 1983) Q.K. (DoB 1993) and L.Z. (DoB 1990) for illegal purchase, keeping and carrying of firearms and drugs.
Al of the detainees were taken under arrest on Marjanishvili Street, Tbilisi when they moved around the territory by means of the vehicle owned by Z.O. during the personal search of the detainees and searching activities held in the vehicle and in their apartments policemen seized 2 pistols with 2 cartridges and 48 bullets. Policemen also seized drug substance as a result of the personal search of Z.O. and searching activities held in his house.
Investigation is in progress on the fact of illegal purchase, keeping and carrying of firearms and drugs, articles 236, II and III parts and 260 I part of the criminal Code.
