The officers of the Central Criminal Police Department as a result of the operative-searching and investigative activities detained previously convicted M.V. (DoB 1991) on David the Builder Avenue for illegal purchase, keeping and carrying of firearm.
During the personal search of the detainee policemen seized unregistered automatic weapon with magazine.
Detainee has already pleaded guilty.
Investigation is in progress on the fact of illegal purchase, keeping and carrying of firearm, article 236, II and III parts of the Criminal Code.
