The officers of detectives division of Tbilisi Police Department as a result of operative-searching and investigative activities detained O.M. (DoB 1978) for premeditated murder.
Investigation established that on January 14, detainee wounded K.R. (DoB 1979) with a firearm on January 14, on Shartava Street, Tbilisi and fled from the place of crime.the wounded person diet at the hospital.
Law enforcers managed to detain O.M. two days later in Tbilisi.
Investigation is in progress on the fact of premeditated murder and illegal purchase, keeping and carrying of firearm, article 108 and 236 of the Criminal Code.
