The ofiicers of II Main Division of Central Criminal Police Department of Mia as a result of operative-investigative and searching activities detained Konstantine J. (Dob 1956) for illegal purchase and keeping of firearms and armament.
The law enforcers seized unregistered “Nagan” type revolvers as well as “Bereta” system pistol and 25 magazines during the searching activities in the work office of detainee located at Aleksidze Street, Tbilisi 2.
Detainee has already pleaded guilty.
Investigation is in progress under the article 236, I part of the Criminal Code, on the fact of illegal purchase and keeping of firearms.
