The officers of Ajara Patrol Police Regional Division, as a result of investigative activities held on the basis of operative information detained Roman D. (DoB 1984) for illegal purchase-keeping and carrying of firearms and ammunition.
Law enforcers detained Roman D. on Baratashvili Street, Batumi, while driving the vehicle. During the personal search law enforcers seized “Beretta” pistol, with one magazine and 4 bullets.
Investigation is in progress on the fact of illegal purchase-keeping and carrying of firearms and ammunition, article 236, I and II parts of the Criminal Code.
