The officers of Kakheti Police Department of the MIA as a result of operative-searching and investigative activities detained for premeditated murder A.Z. (DoB 1996), previously convicted.
The investigation established that in Akura village, Telavi region the accused, as a result of a quarrel inflicted lethal injuries from a firearm N.M. (D.o.B. 1950) and fled from the place of crime. The wounded died on the place. Law enforcers detained A.A in several days. Police officers seized the firearm as evidence during his personal search.
Detainee has already pleaded guilty.
Investigation is in progress on the fact of premeditated murder (article 108 of the Criminal Code of Georgia).
