The officers of Samtskhe-Javakheti Regional Main Division as a result of exposed Mntsakan P (DoB 1985) Davit Ch. (DoB 1991) and Vachagan B. (DoB 1965) for swindling.
Investigation established that in January-February period of 2014 the mentioned persons made a promise to certain citizens residing in Tbilisi and Akhalkalaki to assist in receiving driver’s license at MIA Service Agency without official registration and relevant exams.
Both of the exposed persons have already pleaded guilty.
Investigation is in progress on the fact of swindling, article 180, II part A and B sub-paragraphs.
