The officers of investigative-operative main division and first division of the Border Police on the basis of jointly conducted operative activities detained citizen of Iran, Hassan T. (Dob1981) on the fact of illicit attempt of crossing state border. Investigation established that Hassan T. tried to cross Georgia state border to the direction of Turkey Republic illegally.
Investigation is in progress under the article 344 of Criminal Code of Georgia. Investigation is conducted by investigative-operative main division of Border Police.
