The officers of Samtskhe-Javakheti police department along with Patrol Police Department as a result of jointly held operative-investigative activities, exposed 15 persons for illegal cutting of the bushes and plants. Anoter person was also exposed for violation of wood plant operation standards.
Law enforcers seized illegally cut wood from the vehicles owned by the exposed persons stopped in Borjomi, Adigheni, Ninotsminda and Aspindza. Policemen also locked down illegal wood processing mill.
Investigation is in progress under the article 303, I part of the Criminal Code, article 128 (3) part under the Code of Administrative Offences,
