The officers of Akhaltsikhe police division of Samtskhe-Javakheti police Department, as a result of operative-searching and investigative activities detained A.A. (DoB 1982) in Kondura village for illegal purchase and keeping of firearms and stealing.
Investigation established that A.A. stole mobile phone from the pawn shop. During the search activities held in detainee’s house, policemen mobile phone and unregistered automatic weapon from this yard.
Detainee has already pleaded guilty.
Investigation is in progress on the fact of illegal purchase and keeping of firearms and stealing, article 236, Ii part and article 177, article 1 of the Criminal Code of Georgia.
