The officers of Samegrelo-Zemo Svaneti Police Department as a result of operative-investigative activities detained S.P. (DoB 1976) Sh. P. (DoB 1981) T.G. (DoB 1983) and L.A. (DoB 1992) for the attempted stealing.
Law enforcers detained the mentioned persons in new Abastsumani village when they were in the process of stealing 46 meter long railway tracks belonging to Georgian Railway.
All of the detainees have pleaded guilty.
Investigation is in progress on the fact of attempted stealing, article 19-177, II part, sub-paragraph A and part III, sub-paragraph A of the Criminal Code.
