The officers of Vake-Saburtalo police division as a result of operative-searching and investigative activities detained 5 members of the organized criminal group for stealing committed in group. The detainees are as follows: Giorgi T. (DoB 1988), Giorgi Ts. (DoB 1988) Levan Tch. (DoB 1990) Levan D. (DoB 1993) and Irakli K. (DoB 1986).
Law enforcers detained Giorgi T. Giorgi Ts. and Levan Tch. when they were in the moment of robbing of the ATM machine of the “TBC” Bank located on Tsulukidze street. As a result of the mentioned action they appropriated 38 500 GEL.
Investigation established that Giorgi T. Giorgi Ts. Levan Tch. transacted various amounts of cash frorm the mentioned ATM machine to the unverified account of “Acharabet”. After the mentioned, Levan D. and Irakli K. played various games on “Acharabet” web site and withdrew cash through the verified account of “Acharabet” and thus continued their illegal activities. When enough cash was accumulated in the ATM machine Giorgi T. Giorgi Ts. and Levan Tch. broke the machine and appropriated cash.
Law enforcers seized the appropriated cash. All of the mentioned have been detained.
Investigation is in progress on the fact of stealing, article 177, III part, sub-paragraph A and part IV, sub-paragraph B of the Criminal Code.
