The officers of the Kobuleti division of Ajara Regional Main Division as a result of operative-investigative activities detained currently on probation Lasha G. (DoB 1990) in Kobuleti for car stealing.
Investigation established that on September 30 detainee hijacked the “Ford” made vehicle from Aghmashenebeli Avenue, Kobuleti. After having passed 100 meters the driver crashed into the vehicle parked in front of the living block. He abandoned the vehicle and fled from the place of crime.
As a result of the investigative activities law enforcers detained Lasha G. in two days based upon the decision of the court. Detainee has already pleaded guilty.
Investigation is in progress on the fact of stealing, which caused substantial damage, article 177, II part, sub-paragraph A and part III of the same article, sub-paragraph “D” of the Criminal Code.
