The officers of Batumi Police Division as a result of operative-investigative activities detained the icitizen of Iran Rahman M. (DoB 1971) for providing lodging to prostitution.
Investigation established that detainee was the temporary owner of the hotel located in Gonio settlement and caf-bar in Batumi, where he provided lodging to prostitution in certain amount of cash.
Law enforcers already interrogated female workers of the mentioned facilities.
Investigation is in progress on the fact of providing lodging to prostitution, article 254 of the Criminal Code.
