The officers of Central Criminal Police Department and Patrol Police Division as a result of jointly held searching and investigative activities detained Irakli R. (DoB 1975) for illegal purchase and keeping of drugs in large quantities and Levan B. (DoB 1973) for illegal purchase, keeping and selling of drugs.
During the personal search of Irakli R. law enforcers seized 14 pills of drug, which according to expertise contains 0,112 gr of buprenorphine. During the searching activities held in basement of Levan B’s house, police found 7 pills of drug substance which according to expertise contains 0,056 gr of buprenorphine.
Detainees have already pleaded guilty.
Investigation against Irakli R. is in progress on the fact of illegal purchase, keeping of drugs in large quantities (article 260 II part sub-paragraph B) while against levan B. investigation is in progress on the fact of illegal purchase, keeping and selling of drugs in large quantities, under the article 260 III part, sub-paragraph A.
