The officers of Khelvachauri police division of Ajara Regional Main Division as a result of operative-investigative activities detained owner of “Lale Palace” hotel- Ramin Kh. (DoB 1968) located in Batumi for providing lodging to prostitution.
Investigation established that hotel owner provided lodging to prostitution to females for certain amount of cash.
Law enforcers already interrogated female workers of the hotel.
Investigation is in progress on the fact of providing lodging to prostitution, article 254 of the Criminal Code.
