The officers of Kaspi police division of Shida Kartli police department detained I.G. (DoB 1971) for domestic violence.
Investigation established that detainee verbally and physically assaulted his wife, L.M. (DoB 1979) in the attendance of the under aged child.
Investigation is in progress on the fact of domestic violence perpetrated in the attendance of the child, article 126, (1) II part, sub-paragraph B of the Criminal Code.
