The officers of Central Criminal Police Department as a result of operative-searching and investigative activities detained M.A. (DoB 1978) in Tbilisi for drug-related crime.
During the personal search of the detainee policemen seized 6 pieces and 2 packages of the drug substance, which will undergo relevant expertise.
Investigation established that detainee sold drugs on the regular basis. Police also seized drugs, sold by the detainee to a certain person.
Investigation is in progress on the fact of illegal selling of drugs, article 260, IV part of the Criminal Code.
