The officers of the Central Criminal Police Department as a result of operative-searching and investigative activities detained E.Kh. (DoB 1979) for drug-related crime in Ponitchala settlement. During the personal search of the detainee law enforcers seized 61 packages of the drug substance which will undergo relevant expertise. Investigation established that detainee sold drugs on the regular basis. Police also seized 6 packages of heroin, sold by the detainee. Investigation is in progress on the fact of illegal selling of drugs, article 260, IV part of the Criminal Code.
