The officers of Kvemo Kartli regional division of Central Criminal Police Department as a result of the investigative activities held on the basis of the operative information detained Simistan I. (DoB 1990) for illegal purchase, keeping and transit of drugs on Tbilisi-Bakurtsikhe Highway 22km. During the personal search of the detainee police seized 20,3780gr of heroin containing substance which according to the expertise results contains 0,1881gr of heroin and 1,1913gr of codeine. Detainee has already pleaded guilty.
Investigation is in progress on the fact of illegal purchase, keeping and transit of drugs article 260, I part of the Criminal Code.
