The officers of Tbilisi police department along with Vake-Saburtalo police division as a result of the jointly held operative activities detained Khatuna B. (DoB 1979) for premeditated murder. Investigation established that on December 15 detainee inflicted lethal injury to Paata Kh. (DoB 1974) on the basis of conflict and fled from the place of crime. The victim died at the place of crime. Khatuna B. was detained by the law enforcers several minutes later. The weapon of murder was seized as evidence.
Investigation is in progress on the fact of premeditated murder, article 108 of the Criminal Code.
